Company introduction We are a dynamic group of companies offering engineering services around the powertrain. From the design of dual-clutch transmissions to series production, we develop software including calibration and apply and integrate the transmissions in the vehicle. By means of benchmarking existing components as well as road load data acquisition and analysis, we determine damage-relevant test cycles. We develop and produce highly dynamic powertrain test benches both for internal combustion engine operation and for electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles.
Develop and manage autonomously E/E components in the powertrain
Receive and analyze the product and customer-specific requirements for the E/E components, including interface definition
Support the development of functional and technical safety concepts for powertrain systems
Assess the competitor’s benchmark systems and the ideas’ transfer
Coordinate and close cross-functional cooperation’s, including with the Chinese development site colleges
Candidates Both Internationals and local Germans
Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable field of study
Professional experience in the automotive industry, esp. in powertrain design and development
Professional experience in the field of electronics development
High analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, structured working method
Willingness to work with international colleagues, customers and suppliers
Good knowledge of software relevant for development
